The Signature Gift Box was created for those moments when you want your gift to say more than words ever could. Whether you're celebrating a milestone, expressing gratitude, offering comfort or simply reminding someone how much they mean to you, every detail has been thoughtfully chosen to create a gift that feels deeply personal.

Inside, you'll find a handcrafted decorative tray, beautifully lined with a floral insert, your choice of handcrafted Sierra pillar candles and a ceramic heart trinket dish designed to remain long after the candles have been enjoyed. Every piece is carefully wrapped in soft tissue paper, nestled on a bed of natural wood wool and beautifully presented in our signature gift box.

The experience is completed with a Candle Care Card and a complimentary Wedgewood nougat—a small gesture to make the unboxing experience feel even more special.

Because every floral insert is individually handcrafted, no two trays are ever exactly alike. It's a gentle reminder that the most meaningful gifts, like the people who receive them, are beautifully unique.

Production & Delivery Information

Every Kraft-it Kandle candle is handcrafted to order with care and attention to detail. Because each candle is individually personalised, we take the time to ensure every piece is beautifully finished before it leaves our studio.

Production Times

Our standard production time is 5–7 business days for orders of up to 20 candles, starting from the date your design proof has been approved.

For orders of more than 20 candles, production timelines are determined individually based on the size of the order, the level of personalisation required, and your event date. We'll confirm your estimated lead time before production begins to ensure your candles are ready when you need them.

Delivery

Each order is carefully packaged to help ensure your candles arrive safely.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service selected at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Every decorative tray is individually handcrafted and lined with premium floral scrapbook paper. Because each insert is carefully cut from a larger patterned sheet, the floral placement will naturally vary.

While your chosen colour palette will always remain the same, no two Signature Gift Boxes are ever exactly alike. These subtle variations are part of the handcrafted process and make every gift beautifully unique.

Gift Box Care

To help your Signature Gift Box remain beautiful for years to come:

• Wipe the Gypsunite tray and trinket dish gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
• The tray and trinket dish are professionally sealed to provide a water-resistant finish for everyday use.
• While water-resistant, they should not be submerged in water or placed in a dishwasher.
• Handle the handcrafted floral tray insert with care.
• Follow the included Candle Care Card for the safe enjoyment of your candles.
