Every personalised order begins with a complimentary digital design proof.

You can expect to receive your first proof within 1–2 days of placing your order. If any changes are required, we'll work with you until you're completely happy with the design.

Once your design has been approved, production begins. Standard production time is 5–7 days for orders of up to 20 candles. This does not include shipping times

Orders of more than 20 candles may require additional production time. We'll confirm the estimated turnaround with you before production begins, based on the size of your order and our current production schedule.

We encourage customers with wedding or event dates to place their orders well in advance to allow enough time for the design approval process and production.

Absolutely. We happily create personalised candles in both English and Afrikaans. Whether you'd like names, dates, vows, memorial wording or a meaningful message, we'll create your design in your preferred language and send you a complimentary proof for approval before production begins.

Yes. You can upload reference images, invitations, existing candle designs or inspiration during the ordering process. These help us understand your vision and create a design that reflects your style while remaining true to the Kraft-it Kandle aesthetic.

If you need your order for a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate urgent requests whenever our production schedule allows, although we cannot guarantee rush orders during busy periods.

Once your order has been handcrafted and completed, delivery times generally range between 1–5 business days, depending on your location and the courier service selected.

Please note that shipping times are separate from our design approval and production lead times.

We currently ship nationwide using The Courier Guy, allowing us to deliver to customers throughout South Africa. The most suitable shipping option will be selected based on your order and delivery location.

As every Kraft-it Kandle candle is handcrafted and personalised specifically for you, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has been completed.

We encourage you to carefully review your digital design proof before approving it, as production only begins once your final approval has been received.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we'll do our best to accommodate changes.

Once your design has been approved and production has begun, we are unable to make further changes.

Orders may only be cancelled before your design proof has been approved and production has commenced.

As each candle is made specifically for you, cancellations cannot be accepted once production has begun.
