Open the lid and you'll discover a handcrafted Gypsunite tray paired with your choice of a handcrafted Sierra pillar candle, thoughtfully presented in our signature gift box. Every piece is individually wrapped in soft tissue paper, nestled on a bed of natural wood wool and finished with a Candle Care Card and a complimentary Wedgewood nougat—a small gesture to make the unboxing experience feel even more special.

Production & Delivery Information

Every Kraft-it Kandle candle is handcrafted to order with care and attention to detail. Because each candle is individually personalised, we take the time to ensure every piece is beautifully finished before it leaves our studio.

Production Times

Our standard production time is 5–7 business days for orders of up to 20 candles, starting from the date your design proof has been approved.

For orders of more than 20 candles, production timelines are determined individually based on the size of the order, the level of personalisation required, and your event date. We'll confirm your estimated lead time before production begins to ensure your candles are ready when you need them.

Delivery

Each order is carefully packaged to help ensure your candles arrive safely.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service selected at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Every Gift Box is Unique

Every decorative tray is individually handcrafted from Gypsunite, meaning the marbled finish and subtle characteristics will naturally vary from piece to piece. Likewise, each floral tray insert is carefully cut from premium scrapbook paper, resulting in a unique floral placement every time.

While your selected tray finish and floral colour palette will remain the same, no two Signature Gift Boxes are ever exactly alike. These subtle variations are part of the handcrafted process and make every gift beautifully unique.

Gift Box Care

To help your Petit Gift Box remain beautiful for years to come:

• Wipe the Gypsunite tray gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
• The tray is professionally sealed to provide a water-resistant finish for everyday use.
• While water-resistant, it should not be submerged in water or placed in a dishwasher.
• Follow the included Candle Care Card for the safe enjoyment of your candle.
