Ek dink nie ek het ooit gedink daar sou 'n dag kom waar ek oor jou sou moet praat in plaas daarvan om met jou te praat nie.

Jy was die eerste persoon wat ek gebel het wanneer iets wonderlik gebeur het... en ook wanneer alles uitmekaar geval het. Jy het altyd geweet wat om te sê. En wanneer woorde nie genoeg was nie, was jou lag.

Jy het te vroeg gegaan. Daar was nog soveel plekke om saam te besoek, nog verjaarsdae om te vier, nog geheime om te deel en nog foto's waarin ons saam oud sou word.

Every Kraft-it Kandle candle is handcrafted to order with care and attention to detail. Because each candle is individually personalised, we take the time to ensure every piece is beautifully finished before it leaves our studio.

Production Times

Our standard production time is 5–7 business days for orders of up to 20 candles, starting from the date your design proof has been approved.

For orders of more than 20 candles, production timelines are determined individually based on the size of the order, the level of personalisation required, and your event date. We'll confirm your estimated lead time before production begins to ensure your candles are ready when you need them.

Each order is carefully packaged to help ensure your candles arrive safely.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service selected at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Candle Care

To enjoy your candle safely and beautifully:

• Trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before each burn.
• Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep away from children, pets, curtains and flammable materials.
• Avoid burning in draughty areas.
• Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn to help prevent tunnelling.
• Extinguish the flame before it reaches the bottom of the candle.
